Civil Division

The Civil Division maintains and rehabilitates levees, dikes, reservoirs, dredge upland placement areas (DMPAs/DMMAs/CIDMMAs), breakwater, revetments, Outfall structures, and other critical storage infrastructure for local, state, and federal governments.  Specific capabilities include:
