As part of the application process, you’ll have to pass a pre-employment drug test and a criminal background screen. And if hired, you’ll be randomly drug tested and periodically re-screened. You’ll also need to be an American citizen (with documentation), have a valid driver’s license (CDL is a plus), and be able to read and write English.
