High-Value Sediment Management Solutions –

Dredgit’s custom engineered solutions restore capacity to water storage resources. Our innovative solutions preserve water, and are a cost-effective alternative to mechanical excavation, decommissioning, or construction of new ponds, tanks or lagoons.

Chemical Treatment Know-How –

For those clients with exceptionally fine silt who require material separation less than 20 microns, Dredgit’s experienced engineering team will perform a chemical treatment analysis and design a custom solution using polymers to capture and dewater the suspended silts.

High Production Rates = Low Cost –

Dredgit’s unique five-point cable positioning system increases overall hydraulic dredging production by more than 40% versus traditional single-cable systems resulting in more efficient dredging. Our high effluent throughput and processing rates translate to fewer operating days on site resulting in a lower cost project.

Operating Experience –

Dredgit has years of experience dredging and dewatering in refineries, chemical plants and paper mills. Our customer list includes Phillips 66, Dow Chemical, Chevron Phillips, LyondellBasell, and International Paper. We have also completed projects in food processing, water and wastewater treatment plants.

Mechanical Dewatering Technologies –

Dredgit’s proprietary mechanical separation and dewatering technologies achieve material separation down to 20 microns (.02 mm) at high throughput rates. And since no chemicals are used in the mechanical dewatering process, effluent can be returned to its source, or mixed with other waste streams without causing adverse effects, or unwanted chemical interactions.

No Impact On Plant Operations –

Our dredging and dewatering activities do not interfere with daily plant operations. Dredgit’s techniques minimize turbidity, and all of Dredgit’s equipment is compact and trailer mounted, taking up a minimum of space. Dredgit’s process is fully contained and allows the material to be dredged and processed without release to the environment.
